Medical, Dental & Vision
We offer three open access, multi-state HMO plans and one National Open Access POS plan – all with Humana. Each provides comprehensive medical and prescription drug coverage, mental health and counseling benefits, as well as coverage of out-of-pocket costs through our gap insurance plan through Allstate. We also offer dental and vision options through Humana. These options include an enhanced dental PPO, a Humana Dental Prepaid DHMO and a vision PPO
Life Insurance
We help you plan for the unexpected. IHCS pays for basic life and accident insurance, and we offer a range of additional coverage options, including supplemental life insurance and short- and long-term disability through Reliance Standard
Time Off
We believe in dedication and hard work, but we also believe in balance. IHCS employees get up to 17 days of paid vacation each year, depending on the years of service, on top of a number of paid holidays
