In his role at VNMCC he was the co-owner and founder representing a network of over 250 certified and accredited home health agencies including the proprietary entity Southeast Home Care Corporation.

Jorge’s vision has included program innovations and expansion into new service offerings such as Orthotics and Prosthetics in the Puerto Rican market and proprietary expansion in the State of Florida. He has also led the programmatic changes specific to funding strategies and budgets for larger scale operations in order to shape the company for entry into new markets resulting in exponential growth.

Linda Mendez, BS

Karen Joblove, RN, BSN

Executive Vice President Home Health & Co-Founder

Karen serves as the Executive Vice President of Home Health for IHCS. She is responsible for leading the Home Health division and accountable for ensuring overall success of this program by providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership, program development, and on-going utilization management of its key operational areas.

Prior to IHCS Karen was a Principal at All-Med Services of Florida where she served as Executive Vice President of Home Care Services. She was responsible for the operations of their Home Health division which included three Medicare Certified, CHAP (Community Health Accreditation Program) accredited agencies. In 1997, Karen co-founded Visiting Nurse Managed Care Corporation and Southeast Homecare in 2002, where she co-led the cultivation of the Company’s revenue to over $20 million.

Karen’s blended background in corporate leadership, clinical expertise, and strategic vision to realize quality health outcomes and cost efficiency, has made her an SME in the Managed Care Industry. Her extensive experience in Managed Care and Fee For Service Medicare has enabled her to develop outstanding relationships with various health plans, physicians and hospitals.

Karen earned a B.S. in Nursing from Barry University in Florida.

Paul Pino, CFA

Chief Development & Analytics Officer & Co-Founder

Paul is the Chief Development & Analytics Officer of IHCS. He is responsible for driving the organization’s corporate and business development, data & analytics, contract negotiations and legal operations.

Prior to joining IHCS Paul was the co-founder and CEO of Palm Medical (Palm), one of the largest risk-based MSO’s and primary care medical center businesses in Florida. Prior to founding Palm, Paul was formerly a shareholder and Executive Vice President of Finance for All-Med Services of Florida, Inc. (AMS) and Clinical Medical Services, Inc. (CMS), two industry leading, risk-based, post-acute service providers. Upon the sale of AMS, Paul became the interim Chief Financial Officer for AMS’ expanded national healthcare platform.

Paul’s expertise includes national healthcare underwriting, healthcare analytics, M&A, business development, de-novo operations and contract negotiations.

Paul received his B.S. in Finance from the W. Paul Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charter holder and a member of the CFA Institute.

Monica Navarro, MBA

Chief Financial Officer

Monica serves as the Chief Financial Officer for IHCS and is responsible for overseeing finance, accounting, billing, and Third-Party Administration (TPA) operations. Monica is a dynamic and hands-on executive with 20+ years of experience working in operations, finance, and business analytics across healthcare and non-profit sectors.

Prior to joining IHCS, Monica served as Plan CFO for Centene Corporation’s Sunshine Health Plan where she provided financial leadership over a $7 billion health plan with over 1 million members across Medicaid, Marketplace, CHIP and Medicare lines of business. She served in various operational and finance leadership roles during her five years with Centene. Before launching her career in managed care, Monica held Chief Officer roles in the non-profit sector.

Monica was recognized by the South Florida Business Journal as CFO of the Year (2014) and a Top 40 Under 40 (2010). She holds an MBA in Finance from Nova Southeastern University and a B.A. from Florida International University. Monica has served in multiple community leadership roles throughout the years and is currently on the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of South Florida.

Kristy A. Yohey, MHS

Vice President of Market Development

As the Vice President of Market Development for IHCS, Kristy is responsible for identifying and developing emerging strategic market opportunities for health plan clients across the country. Kristy is also responsible for leading provider contracting and relations, network development, staff recruitment, business strategy and operations for new market opportunities, and general marketing initiatives including web and social media management, operational performance and analytic platform assessment, and performance management.

Kristy joined IHCS in 2019 bringing 20+ years of experience in healthcare leadership, operations, financial management, project management, business development and relationship management. Prior to joining IHCS Kristy served in a variety of leadership roles at Geisinger Health System and Geisinger Health Plan in Northeast Pennsylvania.

Kristy received a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare Management from Misericordia University, a Master’s Degree in Health Sciences from Saint Francis University and obtained her Lean Six Sigma-Black Belt certification from Villanova University. Kristy is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executive (ACHE) and America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP).

Linda’s extensive experience in strategic planning, healthcare management, and operations has enabled the organization’s extensive growth over the last four years. Linda brings strong knowledge of physician and facility contracting (hospital, SNF, ASC and Sub-Acute Care) and relationship management which she has leveraged to develop key industry stakeholders and participants which have been critical to the Company’s success.

Linda received a B.S. in Health Care Administration and B.A. from St. Johns University in New York.
